Key Responsibilities
- Assist in operating and managing concrete pumps to ensure accurate and efficient delivery during construction projects.
- Prepare and set up pump equipment on-site, including connecting hoses and verifying system functionality.
- Ensure proper placement and distribution of concrete in forms or molds as per project specifications.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on pump equipment to ensure it remains in good working order.
- Collaborate with other crew members and follow instructions to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a pump crew member or similar role.
- Must be physically and medically fit for the demands of the job.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Has a strong work ethic and reliability.
